When you need help with the UTS General Access Computing Facilities your first point of contact should be the IT Support Centre where staff are available to answer your questions. Staff also regularly visit the labs to service printers and assist students in the lab. IT Support Centre staff can be identified by a Blue IT Support Centre shirt and/or black jacket and a UTS Staff card.
