The UTS Service Desk is where you will find assistance for computing or IT related issues. Go online at https://servicedesk.uts.edu.au and search the knowledge base to find the solution to your issue, prior to logging a request for service.
Feedback and Suggestions
ITD welcomes and values your feedback, which will enable us to deliver the computing services essential to the UTS community. Several options are available:
- Contact the staff member with whom you have been dealing
- Fill-in and submit a feedback form, located near our IT Support Centres
- Send an email to ITD.Feedback@uts.edu.au
