Self help and Online Computing Assistance and Support

The UTS Service Desk is where you can find information for computing or IT related issues and search the knowledge base to find the solution to your computing or IT related issues including general computing assistance, assistance with UTS Email and lab access and support. If you can't find what you need you can also use the online Service Desk to submit a request for assistance.
