Faulty or Broken Equipment

AVS staff are available for on-call assistance, every room with a video commander monitor installed also has an intercom handset — the beige phone near the monitor. These phones are a direct link to the local AVS office , you are unable to use these phones for any other calls. When you call we will either talk you through the problem or come to the room to assist in person.
