What can I buy from Alfa?

Yes. Alfa will be checking UTS student/staff/alumni ID.

MasterCard, VISA, Bankcard (will incur 2% fee). Other forms of payment are Bank chq , money order, cash and Eftpos if picking up

What about Delivery Charges?
If you want your computer delivered Alfa charge $20-30 depending on the size of the boxes.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
Delivery times vary according to stock availability. You will be given an estimated delivery time when you place your order. You can call 9313 3333 at any time if you have a question about your order.

What type of warranty will I receive?
Alfa provide a 3yr warranty with 1st yr on-site. If you choose to extend your on site warranty it will cost $150 extra for the additional 2 years.

Will someone set the computer up for me?
Unfortunately Alfa does not offer onsite Installation at this time but hopes to offer on site installation in the future. (At an additional cost)

What type of support is available?

Can I upgrade my computer in the future?
Upgrades are available through Alfa - Alfa store you computers specifications via you serial number, if you choose to upgrade on a later day, quote you serial number and Alfa can quote you on what type of upgrades you can do.

What do I do if I have a problem with my computer?
All Alfa brand hardware comes with a 3-year warranty if you find that there is something wrong with your machine within 14-days call Alfa 9313 3333 and they will organise a replacement
