A. You can use the online store (see below) to explore the different products that apple have to offer, Alternately you can call Apple on 133622 and a sales representative can help you with any inquires you might have.

Once I've decided what I want to purchase, how do I place my order?
- Choose the category for student or staff members
- Click 'The University of Technology'
- Read the agreement. If you qualify and agree, click accept. This will take you to the main page of the Apple site.

Note: you will need you order number which will be issued on time of purchase and emailed to the email address you specified
Do I need a student or staff member ID at UTS?
YES. When you first log in you will notice in the terms and conditions it states that you must be a full time or part time student aged 18 or over with a current student union card or student identification card and studying at an Apple University Consortium member or you are a teacher or lecturer working at an Apple approved and registered education establishment within Australia; if unsure please give apple 133622 option 1-1-2-2.

What methods of payment can I use?
MasterCard, VISA or American Express credit cards are acceptable payment methods, if you decide to use the online store. Please check with Apple for other forms.
