Who do I contact to find out about buying software?

Follow the link above to the Insight store, you will be able to view products available for you to purchase online. If the products that you are after are not on this website you can call a toll free number, 1800 687 144 for assistance.

 Can I purchase Educational versions of software?

All products on the Insight website is subject to UTS software contracts and prices, hence ALL software quoted are Educational versions.

 Once I’ve decided what I want, how do I place my order?

  • Follow the link above

  • You will then have a look at a list of products that you can currently purchase…

    • If product is listed, then you can add this to your shopping cart and order this product.

    • If product is not listed you will need to call 1800 687 144 for assistance.

 Do I need to add freight to my order?

Yes, freight will be charged at a small cost.

Do I need a student/staff ID?

Yes you will need to send Insight a photocopy of your student/staff ID for verification after you have submitted your order online. Please fax these details to 1800 674 136 quoting your Purchase Order number on the site so that this can easily be tracked.

What methods of payment can I use?

Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted.

How can I give them my credit card number?

There are 2 ways to do this.

    • You can add you credit card details to the fax you send Insight for your Student I.D., or

    • You can also add your credit card details during the order process online

How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually all software is delivered within 10 working days from the date you have placed the order.  These times may vary depending on the levels of stock with the supplier. To check your order status please call 1800 687144. 

 What do I do if I have a problem with the website or my order?

Please call 1800 687 144 to let them know about the issue so that they can get it resolved on your behalf.  You will need your confirmation number, which is what you receive once you have placed or order.
