The IT Support Centres are part of the Information Technology Division (ITD) at UTS. They are the first point of contact for staff and students with computing problems or enquiries about the computing facilities at UTS.
IT Support Centres are staffed by Customer Support Officers who understand your computing needs. If you have a problem with one of the computers or you require assistance with your WEBmail account or Lab Access, a Customer Support Officer is available to help you. ITD Staff can be identified by an IT Support Centre blue shirt and UTS staff card.
