Service Desk Knowledge Base has moved to ServiceConnect.

ServiceConnect replaces the old IT service desk (ServiceDesk) and allows you to:

  • Ask questions, make requests and report problems related to IT;
  • Track the progress of your reported issues and requests;
  • Chat online with the IT Support Centre team to get quick answers;
  • Access the knowledge base – the IT database of common issues and IT self-help documents.
  • If you have bookmarked the old helpdesk system you should update your bookmarks by deleting your existing bookmark and linking to https://serviceconnect.uts.edu.au instead.

If you need help navigating or using ServiceConnect there are self-help resources available under the clearly marked FAQ link on the home page of the new tool, or contact the IT Support Centre on x2222.
