UTS Service Desk is the information technology and audio visual helpdesk at UTS. It is the first point of contact for staff, students, and the general community to the IT Support Centre and Audio Visual Services. Login in and submit a request online.
The Service Desk knowledge base captures and delivers information quickly and efficiently to users. Information that is captured, stored and made available for retrieval is referred to as the Knowledge Base.
Use the Service Desk Knowledge Base to quickly and easily find solutions to IT related problems, FAQs and user guides, manuals and instructions. Find solutions by searching with key words.
To log into the Service Desk Knowledge Base you will need to enter your username (staff or student number) and password.
Ask UTS is the first point of contact for staff, students, and the general community to the Student Administration areas of UTS. This is where you can find out about course information or university administration, or anything that is not specific to information technology or audio visual.
