IT assistance and support
IT Support Centres are the first point of contact for all IT related matters and general computing assistance. IT Support Centres are staffed by officers who understand your needs. They can be identified by an IT Support Centre blue shirt and UTS staff card. During opening times, you can call from any internal or external phone, or walk up to the IT Support Centres for assistance.
