Helpful Hints
If you are creating a file for printing, please ensure that your file is converted to an Acrobat PDF file. Microsoft Office files are an unstable file format for print production.
You can send saved files to Printing Services electronically by completing an Electronic Requisition for Printing and attaching the file and the requisition to the email. Our address is: Printing.Services@uts.edu.au If you have never used this system before please contact Drew Sandford on Ext 9514 1020.
If you are sending the request through the University's internal mail system, please ensure that it reaches the mail room located on level 2 Building 1 by 12 noon. This will ensure it reaches Printing Services on the next business day.
Scanning, Archival and Retrieval
Hard copy originals can be scanned, archived and a soft copy version returned to the customer as an Acrobat PDF file. This file can be returned for future print submission. Material produced can be archived for future on demand printing.
